Customer Service is everything in Real Estate!,,
A lot of people talk about their customer service others just do what needs to be done. I wanted to go over my services and how they help find you the right real estate for them.
When I get buyers I talk to them about their needs in real estate. After we find a home there are updates weekly by email or video. Answering my phone when a client calls is also important to ensure that I understand my clients needs.
I deal with a lot of out of state clients that need that type of care. Sometimes we have over 20 properties we look at with our clients before we get that perfect deal. That requires a lot of time and searching everyday for that perfect home.
Just yesterday I started at 10:30 am to get a quote for a client in the Highland Heights area. I then met with a client and had lunch to talk about getting him a property. After lunch I looked at 2 properties in Parma Heights and Brooklyn. On my way to Chagrin Falls to look at two other properties I conference called a client to go over their questions. After Spending 2 hours looking at the 2 properties I came home and comp’d a property a client was thinking of purchasing. We then had to start bidding on a Hubzu for a property a client wanted. I also sent a property to another client and all the approximate numbers so that could make a decision. I then kept my lap top bidding until 10:30 pm last night and talking to my client during that time.
That is what customer service is. Today I need to go look at more properties and get a video for one of my clients. I also have to set up an inspection and call some Clients and agents,
